So..today I found myself looking at some old works and thinking “I suck… I really do suck…”

Sometimes you wake up with the feeling that nothing you do is good enough, that you will always be mediocre don’t matter what.

Decided to delete old works from facebook album, to disappear for a while and eventually people would forget about my lack of talent. But, some lovely friends told me something that may be obvious, but we always forget…

It’s not about being better than others, not about money or fame.. it’s about doing something you love… Doing it with sincerity and truly believing in your message!

I don’t know what I’m trying to say with my art yet… in fact…I’m just at the beginning.. I just graduated in a Design course, it is completely different from what I’m trying to do now… I didn’t go to Art Centers and I’m trying to learn everything by myself! So, it is (I think) much harder and the path is very complicated. Going to several workshops and doing some courses has helped me a lot! 

Looking to my works from last year, I can clearly see some improvement. My way of thinking has changed as well!

So, aspiring artists, don’t give up! Never give up! If you have that strong feeling that makes you stand up and paint, photograph or write just hear the voice inside you that says: “I have a message to deliver! People need to hear my voice!”

Look at old works and see how much you have grown and be proud of that! And do your best to keep growing!
